The BRICS+ League of Young Professionals of the CASE-IN

The BRICS+ League of Young Professionals of the CASE-IN® Championship (hereinafter referred to as the League) is a team competition in carrying out case studies in the engineering field among young proffesionals from organizations of the BRICS+ member states (including industry companies, branches of companies, universities and scientific associations).
General theme of the season: Technological innovations
Goal: Expanding international cooperation in the matter of popularization of engineering and industrial professions, engineering education and development of new technologies, through case-study competitions for young professionals from BRICS+ member states.
Objectives:
- Promoting international youth cooperation and strengthening partnerships between BRICS+ countries;
- Involving young professionals in creating solutions for current production problems on the international level, using the "case-study method";
- Assessing and developing professional knowledge and leadership skills, as well as personal competencies of young professionals;
- Fostering transfer of experience and knowledge accumulated by the management and leading employees of BRICS+ companies to the young workers.

Team formation and registration
The competition is held among young professionals of organizations of the BRICS+ member states (including industry companies, branches of companies, universities and scientific associations), whose age does not exceed 35 years inclusive at the time of participation. Participants must form a team of 3 to 4 people and register individually.
Receiving a task. 10-14 days before the preliminary presentation.
An engineering case-based task is handed out to the registered teams (via an interactive platform based on the case method "CASE-IN Simulator"). The task must be solved, and the solution must be presented before the expert committee at preliminary presentation of the BRICS+ League of Young Specialists of the CASE-IN® International Engineering Championship.

Preliminary presentation of the solutions is held remotely on the webinar platform. Based on the results of this stage, teams receive recommendations on finalizing solutions from the expert committee. On the finale in Moscow, each country will be represented by one team that has taken the highest place among the teams from their country.
Finalу
The winners of the preliminary presentation stage gather at the large final venue in May 2025 in Moscow. The final stage includes: presentation of solutions of the task, educational events, workshops on improving personal effectiveness and events from partners, where leading employers of the industry will hold meetings with the finalists, who will have a unique opportunity to learn about the companies through first-hand experience. A special event of the Finale is always the awarding of the winners, who receive the awards from the top-management of companies and departments.
